Po Hing Fong is a street in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. In recent years, it has transformed into a new funky neighborhood in Hong Kong and has been nicknamed “PoHo” as more artists and interesting shops, such as bohemian cafés, boutiques, and design studios, have moved in. BELOWGROUND can be interpreted as a little “indoor” Po Hing Fong Street. With cool shops and brands on either side as you make your way through it. A disc is a flat, circular shape or object. Most shredding machines are based on a revolving disc fitted with replaceable blades. DISC also represents the letter “D” in CD and DJ also known as a “Disc Jockey”. Originally, the “disc” in “disc jockey” referred to vinyl records, but nowadays DJ is used as a term to also describe persons who mix music from other recording media such as cassettes, CDs, or digital audio files on a CDJ. A high-pass filter (HPF) is an electronic filter that passes signals with a frequency higher than a certain cutoff frequency and attenuates signals with frequencies lower than the cutoff frequency. It is sometimes called a low-cut filter or bass-cut filter in the context of audio engineering. High-pass filters have many uses, such as blocking DC from circuitry sensitive to non-zero average voltages or radiofrequency devices.
